We are by appointment only.

If you are new, we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out new client paperwork.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 309.839.2004 or email renewstm@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to make any changes to your appointment. Voicemails and emails left after business hours will not be checked until the following day.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage. We value your time and commitment to your wellness. Please take a moment to review our cancellation/reschedule/no show policy to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

1. Cancellation Notice: Because our therapists are in high demand, and their availability is limited, we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Any applicable service fees for cancellations will be deducted from your gift card balance, deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Any applicable service fees for a No-Show will be deducted from your gift card balance, deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies may arise. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us to discuss your situation.

5. Payment: Cancellation fees & No-Shows will be deducted from your gift card balance, deposit or charged to the credit card on file. All fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note, your massage session begins and ends at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, you may not be able to receive the full scheduled time so as not to run the following clients behind. You will still be responsible for full payment of the scheduled session.

ALLERGIES

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist at every session of any allergies or sensitivities to scents or certain topical creams, lotions, oils or essential oils.

ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these polices.
