CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW/NO CALL POLICY

Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand emergencies arise & will be taken into consideration. Because our therapists are in high demand & their availability is limited, changes to appointments must be made 24 hours before appointment time. Changes may be made by calling 309.839.2004 or by emailing renewstm@gmail.com during business hours. Voicemails and emails left after business hours will not be checked until the following business day.

Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or No Show/No call, will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Any deposit or gift card on file will be forfeited to ReNew. If no deposit was provided, the credit card on file will be charged. All cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. If an appointment is No Call/No Show, a deposit will be required for all future appointments. ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these polices.

CHARGEBACK FEES/REFUND FEES

A $25 administration fee will be charged for any chargeback fees that are found to be in the favor of ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage. Any refunds given for any reason will be subject to a transaction fee of 3% of the total refund amount.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note, your massage session begins and ends at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, you may not be able to receive the full scheduled time so as not to run the following clients behind. You will still be responsible for full payment of the scheduled session.

PRENATAL MASSAGES

Prenatal massages will only be performed during the 2nd & 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

ALLERGIES

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist at every session of any allergies or sensitivities to scents or certain topical creams, lotions, oils or essential oils.

PARENTAL CONSENT

Minors under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian does not have to stay during the session, but must sign off on paperwork. Over the phone permission is not acceptable.

PAYMENT

We accept credit card payment only. We do not accept cash or check. No cash is kept on site.

*Our therapists reserve the right to refuse massage for any reason. Any comments and/or behaviors that are inappropriate or abusive in any way will result in immediate termination of the session. Full payment of the session will still be required and rebooking will not be allowed.
