Located inside the RiverPlex Recreation and Wellness Center at 600 NE Water Street in Peoria, Illinois. You DON’T have to be a member of the Riverplex to be our client.

At ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage, we don’t believe every body needs the same massage.

Your session is customized around what’s going on with your body and what you want to accomplish. Our therapists combine different techniques and modalities to create a treatment that fits your needs — not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Depending on your goals, your session may incorporate deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial release, stretching, cupping, hot stones, lymphatic techniques, neuromuscular work and more. We assess. We adapt. We work with your body to help you move, feel and function better.

We offer services in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish, Himalayan Salt Stone (heated) & Traditional Hot Stone Sports, Prenatal, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Runners Recovery and Trauma- Informed Bodywork.
