ReNew Sport & Therapeutic Massage is inside the RiverPlex Recreation and Wellness Center at 600 NE Water Street in Peoria, Illinois.

We are conveniently located in downtown Peoria Illinois on the beautiful riverfront. We are are walking distance from most downtown hotels, Caterpillar, OSF, Carle Health, 0.9 miles from the Peoria Civic Center and 1.2 miles from Dozer Park.

We offer services in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish, Himalayan Salt Stone (heated) & Traditional Hot Stone Sports, Prenatal, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Runners Recovery and Trauma- Informed Bodywork.

Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point & Myofascial release are available in our Therapeutic Massage.

While we do not bill insurance, we do have insurance reimbursement forms that our licensed therapists can provide to our clients per request.

We are by appointment only but can often accommodate same day appointments
